Learn how to relax and become more productive at work

Working 9 -5 at the office is sometimes can burn you out. We need some time to pamper and relax ourselves. Here are some tips for you to relax at your workplace . You can implement it direct and it will have a great impact towards your life as well as career .

Firstly , please avoid procrastination especially on deadlines and projects. Normally , you will have a longer time to fret about the deadlines and of course your stress level will increase, if you wait until the last minute to get things done . The best idea is to work at a steady pace and consistently instead of in fits and starts will relieve your anxiety in your head .

Distraction is sometimes is beyond our control but we can keep distractions under control. If you need time to concentrate the best action you can do is to shut off the phone and close the office door. You also can borrow an empty conference room if you need quiet to do your best work if you only have a cubicle in your workplace.

Next is email management. It is advisable that you use email on a schedule. You are wasting your time in busy work if you tend to check your email more than two or three times per day .You will get word of it in time , if something is truly critical. Other than that , you can utilize e voice mail to divert calls to the machine when you need to focus on other things.

For relaxing at the office, you can use toys to increase your creative impulses. Desk toys for example squeeze balls and plastic puzzles can be relaxing and stimulating at the same time. It is good for you to take frequent breaks at least 10-20 minutes away from the computer use and use a squeeze ball to exercise your muscles and hands.

Do you know that Yoga or Tai Chi will relax your body and mind ? You can practice yoga or Tai Chi and take a daily break from work to do exercises at or near your desk by using CD .Stretch your muscles regularly and you will release endorphins to stimulate your mind.

Finally , walking during a break or at lunch is a great daily practice if you can manage it. Of course , you will feel refreshed and will be increasing your health by staying fit with walking. You can start a walking in a group if you can and keep yourself motivated with other people doing the same thing. If not then you can walk alone and enjoy the fresh air .

As a conclusion , working at your workplace is not everything . Having a healthy body and a peace of mind is the most important things in life :)

Finally , I got some leads after trying a few times …here’s my statistic

It is so easy actually ….now , I will promote other campaign as well trying new methods …I need 20 minutes to setup landing page and PPC campaign through YSM …I’m using Adwords for a while but damn , it is so strict and my quality score is low  that I need to increase my CPC to make my keyword active ….so better I stick with YSM….
